Job Profile:
We are looking for Customer Care Executive responsible for solving and handling customer support issues via emails and calls in a timely and professional manner.
The candidate will act as a basic point of contact for customer complaints, queries, request, feedback etc.
Responsibilities:
• Escalate all critical customer issues to appropriate management levels.
• Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
• Aim to resolve as many issues as possible in first time customer interaction.
• Identify potential clients and forward them to respective department.
Candidate Profile:
• SSC, Inter, Any Graduate.
• Candidate should have good communication skills in languages i.e. English, Hindi, Telugu
• Should have basic computer knowledge.
Work Location: Hyderabad.
