We have urgent openings for the Telecallers/Customer Care Executive post for BPO Company located in Trimulgherry, Hyderabad.
Requirements:
Minimum SSC to Any graduate are eligible.
Candidate should have good communication skills in languages i.e English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
Should have basic computer knowledge.
Good Convincing skills
Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Answering the customer queries regarding the loan offered by the bank
Build customer’s interest in the loans offered.
Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
Calling the top management level.
