Roles and Responsibilities:
• Should be good in Headhunting & Negotiation
• Conducting the HR interview and Coordinating the interview with Technical Panel.
• Responsible for HR deliverables end-to-end Post Recruitment of Decorative Division
• Auditing the formalities of Joining Compliance to advice payroll for creation code
• Preparation of Appointment Letter for issuance.
• Opening Salary Account and Reimbursement Account for employees
• Salary Negotiation and process for Offer release and Follow up.
• Should be well versed in using Job Portals, Social Networking sites etc.
• Processing Attendance Input to Payroll/ Outsourced agency for disbursement of Salaries.
• Performance Management ( Confirmations, Incentives, Annual Appraisals)
• Handling employee Separations i.e. Resignation, Retirement, Termination, Relieving, PF etc..

Qualification:
• Any Graduate, Any Post Graduate.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Locations: Secunderabad or Hyderabad.
