• A Minimum 10 years experience in social equity and/or donor fund raising/ business development/ resource mobilization;
• Proven track record of establishing high value partnerships;
• Experience of networking, negotiating and influencing, at a senior level and with high profile clients;
• Well versed with grant-making systems and procedures of donor and multilateral agencies.
• Experience of writing proposals and reports for the specific purpose of fundraising.
• Willingness to travel.
