Must Haves:
• A post-graduate, with minimum 7 - 8 years of professional experience in the management of development programs / projects in India with a leading NGO or consultancy.
• High level of analytical, conceptual and strategic planning skills, with substantial program / project development work with NGOs.
• Skills in managing relationships and working with local partner organizations at senior management level, government officials and other stakeholders such as donors.
• High level of program management skills – including planning, designing, training, communication and budget management skills.
• Physical fitness for travel and sustained fieldwork.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Gujarati or Hindi
