Must Haves:
• Post-graduate, with a minimum of 18 - 20 yrs of total professional experience of which at least 5 have been in strategic leadership roles preferably within development organizations.
• Proven ability in straddling multiple day to day roles that include timely project delivery, stakeholder relationship management, quality assurance, team building and mentorship, fundraising, brand visibility and thought leadership
• Demonstrated skills in alliance building and relationship management across diverse partners and stakeholders including government, corporate, donors and other civil society organizations both for program purpose but more importantly for business development and fundraising.
• Ability to represent the organization across media, government and national and international forums
• Excellent written and oral English & one regional language communication skills
