CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must Haves:
• Minimum 12 -15 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth exposure of using various media platforms – like print, electronic & online, and social media; for communication and brand building.
• Strong networks within the media sector; with the ability to organize and deliver high profile media events.
• Strong analytical and lateral thinking ability with an understanding of systems and procedures, budget planning and management required to support an ambitious marketing initiative.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to present Oxfam to internal and external audiences with clarity and in a motivating way.
