The core activities of DG are to provide training in DG systems & approaches to develop capacity in partner organizations & the communities to implement project activities relatively independently.Digital Green (DG) is an international, non-profit development organization that builds & deploys information and communication technology to amplify the effectiveness of development efforts to affect sustained, social change.Must Have: Masters in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Organization Behavior or Psychology.Experienced learning and development specialist with a minimum of 8 - 10 years of work experience of which at least 4 years should have been in a leadership/senior management capacity.Track record of successfully & innovatively managing a learning function, including driving a learning strategy preferably for a growing development organization.Demonstrated capability in designing, planning, budgeting and implementing, quality training programs.Ability to develop curriculum, either by self or by taking assistance from subject matter specialists, which are best suited for meeting the training needs of the organization & its partners.Keen interest and awareness of developments in the learning space along with a good grasp of appropriate technologies available for quality delivery of learning programs.A proven ability to establish effective partnerships with other training institutes, research and academic organizations, Development Trainers so as to utilize their expertise for the benefit of the organization.Strong financial and team management skills including the ability to supervise and motivate multidisciplinary professionals effectively.Excellent communication skills (oral and written in both English and Hindi) and capability to represent the organization in professional forums.Extensive Travel - nationally and internationally.Interested candidates can send in their CVs along with 3 references & cover note to dgtrainingdirector@gmail.com
