CASHPOR Micro Credit is a poverty focused, not for profit Company that provides microfinance exclusively to Below Poverty Line women in eastern U.P. and Bihar.

REASON FOR HIRE
The Head Fundraising profile has the key responsibility of ensuring that the Company raises funds (sub-debt, grants etc) from Social Investors (Foundations, Development Institutions,
potential Indian funders, HNIs etc) to implement its plans in the context of the Organisation Vision and Mission. In general, S/he will be assisting the Associate Director Finance (ADF)
for developing and implementing a social investor fund raising strategy that supports longterm growth and sustainability. S/He will report to the Managing Director
