Job Description: To achieve revenue targets for web design & development business online bidding on Guru, Elance & oDesk and various other sources. Write proposals, RFP RFI responses and contracts for prospects and clients & close deals.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate must have good written communication skills.
2. Should have previous experience generating revenue on guru, eLance, oDesk etc.
3. Should preferably be from a technical background.
4. To Manage entire Bid Process in order to ensure adherence to Leighton’s Procedure and Clients Specifications.
5. To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid
6. To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins
7. To liaise with site team, vendors and sub-contractors on information in order to produce correct bid
8. To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.
9. To manage planning dept in order to prepare tender construction programme with all related information such as labour & material histogram, staff histogram, determination of numbers of P & E, etc.
