Sapna Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Analyst to join our team! This individual will work closely with our Project Managers and Development Team to turn our clients' ideas into a leading edge mobile, web, and social applications. You will also liaise with our Business Development team to create and maintain long lasting client relations. If you enjoy using your excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, love talking to people, and want to learn about and apply the latest technology trends, then you are the person we are looking for!
Responsibilities:
Liaise with our clients to understand and elicit functional requirements
Document application requirements as per Agile conventions
Coordinate with Project Managers on timeline and delivery of projects
Act as an internal client and standard bearer of quality for the software development teams
Work with Business Development team to engage with and win new projects and clients
Coach and mentor team members
Requirements ( seniors):
Has 1 years experience as a business analyst
Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for consumer web apps
Researcher, creative, and an enthusiastic person
Writing use cases, and excellent business documentation skills
Experience in wire framing of mobile applications and web applications
Knowledgable in designing and facilitating user focus sessions
Familiar in working in an Agile environment
Experience in developing detailed functional requirements for web (ideally Ruby on Rails) and mobile (ideally iOS and Android) applications
Exceptional listening, written, oral and verbal communication skills
Able to sustain exceptional client/management relations
Can communicate fluently (both written and verbal) in English
