| Hi, my name is Joe Sanfilippo. I'm half South Korean, and I'm of good health. I do not drink or have drug habits. I'm American, and have traveled around the world, and have worked with many talented individuals. I was trained by (Omesh)and(Annette Van De Water). I also trained with Tom Cruise's personal chef, (Aine Mc Ateer).|

I started in the hospitality/Restaurant Industry when I was 16 years old and have been passionate about food ever since. My twelve years of cheffing and managing business's have taught me a lot.
