|You will manage all the work assigned by director which includes many missions and tasks|
You must have very good communication skills in English. Speaking French would be better. You are very autonomous and donít mind working in long distance from your hierarchy.
You will maintain diary of a director, calender management, prepare meeting agenda, minutes of meetings.
You must have a pleasing personality, and be open-minded, smart, capable of handling directorís office.
You must be available for many tasks and demands, you donít mind working in a team, alone, or in emergency.
Others tasks :
Attending to telephone calls
(Incoming calls (to register in log book) & Outgoing calls (to attend in absence of director)
Keeping an updated track of information related to contact numbers & address details of all his important contacts.
Attending to Visitors
Scheduling directorís calendar and arranging appointments
Handling directorís personal portfolio and other assistance related to his secretarial work
Corresponding through E-mails; Taking dictations (must have good knowledge in shorthand),
To provide support in preparation of reports & presentations to be presented by him.
Creating spreadsheets, composing correspondence, managing databases.
Conducting research and disseminating information through telephone, websites, mail services, and e-mail.
IT capabilities : Skype, Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Docs
