Hello,
I need someone who can do research ,perhaps with a degree in research methods or a person with a degree level qualification in food / cultural studies or history or something of that sort.
I need some research done on the cuisines of:
Vietnam;
Thailand;
Cambodia and
Laos
and how they are related to indian and chinese food history/ culture.
Please send me a sample of your work so that I can determine if it is what I'm looking for. I can negotiate a fee with you, if I like your work there will be more work forthcoming.
I am also interested in Art and Architecture in the these regions .
