Responsibilities
Tech Implementation
Know customer billing logic, usage patterns, data schemas
Execute technical setup across contracts, pricing, metering, invoicing, workflows, data models.
Write scripts (primarily JavaScript) to support migration, data transformation, configuration automation.
Build, validate configuration paths
Product & Engineering
Collaborate closely with engg, product teams
Understand constraints, address edge cases.
Provide tech feedback for product improvements.
Prepare handoffs for backend/product interventions.
Onboarding Support
Participate in pilots, onboarding cycles
Run tests, validate workflows
Help debug API flows, data ingestion processes, configuration anomalies.
Documentation
Create tech notes, runbooks, config references
Contribute to internal wikis, tech doc, onboarding playbooks.
Communicate with customers, internal teams
Mandatory Criteria
Strong Senior Impl Engineer (Post-Sales SaaS / Enterprise Onboarding)
-Must have recent 4 years of exp in tech impl, solutions engg, or customer-facing engg roles within B2B SaaS, preferably for global / US clients.
-Exp. in customer onboarding, tech impl for accounts from kickoff to go-live & post go-live support.
-Python scripting & skills for data migration, ETL workflows, automation, data transformation
-Exp. working with APIs, webhooks, REST integrations, reading/debugging JSON payloads, auth flows, & troubleshooting.
-Hands-on exposure to data modeling, SQL queries (PostgreSQL), validation, reconciliation, & QC to ensure accuracy during migrations, billing-related workflows.
-Exp. in working with cross-functional teams
-Must be a B.Tech(CS) or at least 1 yr of work exp. as a developer.
- Part of B2B SaaS/Services company selling to North America / global markets, in a customer-facing impl or onboarding role.
- Prev exp in FinTech SaaS like BillingTech, finance automation/subscription management platforms will be a strong plus.
