Responsibilities
Provide tech leadership, mentorship to a high-performing software engg team.
Implement engg strategies that align with organizational goals.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize product features.
Implement & uphold Agile methodologies to optimize team performance
Conduct regular performance evaluations, fostering continuous growth within team.
Oversee SDLC, Client collaboration
Manage budgets, resources, capacity planning
Stay up-to-date with emerging tech, ensuring the team is equipped with latest industry trends.
Ensure adherence to best engg practices
Hands-on coding exp. required
Tech stack: Java, Spring, microservices, cloud tech, building large-scale systems.
Mandatory Criteria
Strong Client-Facing Engg Manager Exp.
Must have 8 yrs of engg exp., with substantial exposure to back-end development, scalable distributed systems, modern web services
Must have 2 yrs of exp. in people, delivery leadership, owning engg execution & leading teams
Must have proven exp. working directly with ext. stakeholders / clients, translating client requirements into engg plans
Strong tech foundation with exp. in backend engg, REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), building reliable, high-performance systems
Problem-solving & design capabilities; exp. with system design, arch reviews, engg best practices
Expertise in agile, PM tools
Excellent written verbal communication skills, presenting tech solutions to both tech, non-tech stakeholders
Skilled in working with cross functional teams to drive requirements, delivery, client success
Managed end-to-end delivery, coordinate releases, prioritize & deliver on time
Must be from Product companies & from Bengaluru only
Worked for atleast 2 yrs with all previous companies
