Reason for the hire:
OLA Foundation is looking to hire the Senior Manager-Program Strategy and Design to be responsible for program design and strategy at the organisation. The incumbent will be tasked with operational oversight and design and development of programs in the Livelihood Domain and/or Healthcare Domain to support the organisation's strategic direction, as well as creating and
managing long term goals. She/he/they will provide technical direction to project staff and partners in the thematic areas of public health & livelihoods and provide recommendations for
improvements.
