•Masters’ Degree in Social Work / Child Development with 3-5 years of proven experience in implementing, monitoring & learning in related fields, especially child development.
•Good understanding of Child Rights/Human Rights and child protection & J. J. Act.
•Excellent documentation skills.
•Ability to handle computer creatively for data management, analysis and presentation.
•Excellent communication skills. Fluency (spoken and written) in English, Marathi and Hindi is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in Kannada will be an added advantage.
•Team player and is also able to work independently
•Respect for the core values of Miracle Foundation India and high level of empathy towards the project participants.
•Training or capacity building experience in development sector.
