Job Description:
The CEO will work closely with the Board and other group companies to provide strategic leadership to the organization along with overseeing the implementation and steering the organisation to its next stage of growth and development so as to make the organisation as the most important player within the priority sector lending segment.
Highly desirable:
• Experience of working in the banking industry or financial services domain.
• Experience of both business development and product /credit within the financial sector
• Excellent strategic planning, negotiation and marketing skills.
• Deep social commitment to financial inclusion and the overall mission of the organisation.
Travel:
Extensively specially to semi urban and rural areas (50% during the initial periods)
