BACKGROUND A leading Corporate Foundation is looking for a Program Manager for their CSR strategies and programmes in order to take forward relationships with key stakeholders and partners and contribute to the implementation of the strategies and plans. The Program Manager will work with the Head of Operations and be part of the team responsible for the overall development, management and ensuring quality of the projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Project management, monitoring and evaluation: Assist Head of Operations to effectively implement and manage quality projects across different geographical locations. Strengthen existing relationships with local partners. Develop robust frameworks for reporting, monitoring and approving projects and implement the same. Documenting program progress and disseminate reports to stakeholders. Partnerships and advocacy: Increase visibility of flagship projects to key stakeholders. Develop frameworks for project reporting and documentation. Develop strategies and engagement to seek collaborations with NGOs and the government. Leverage existing partnerships to further outreach of interventions.
MUST HAVES/ ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Five years plus of experience of working in the development sector.
Experience of working on key project management skills like – monitoring, evaluation, documentation and implementation.
Experience in co-ordination with multiple stakeholders.
Good project management and partnership skills.
Strong ability to build relationships.
Open to travel extensively.
