Must Haves:
• A minimum Master's Degree in development or management related subject with a minimum of 10 years of total professional experience in development-related work with a focus on children.
• Proven ability in straddling multiple day to day roles that include timely project delivery, stakeholder relationship management, quality assurance, team building and thought leadership.
• Skills in building, strengthening and sustaining strategic partnerships with partners and stakeholders
• Sound and inclusive understanding and experience of the child rights approach to development.
• Ability to represent the organization across international bodies, government, and donors.
• Extensive experience of working with international development organizations in key management positions.
• High levels of computer proficiency.
Highly desirable:
• Ability to communicate in other languages/ dialects would be considered as additional qualification.
• Experience in working with minorities, particularly with scheduled casts and scheduled tribes.
• Experience of managing a team of around 5 professionals.
